rsnail (Lance Priebe) is the creator and owner of RocketSnail Games. He came up with the Idea of Club Penguin back in 2000. He used to be a Moderator on Club Penguin; But left in late 2010 to Spend more time with his family and create more games for RocketSnail, Which relaunched in Spring, 2011.
